Easy pre breakfast hungover meadows miles. Absolute fat wind which was annoying. Really don't know why HR is so high recently, may be watch being weird? Felt comfortable today and had a 167avg??? Some fresh tunes for company +trying out new insoles and they feel fine
Some good news: Saw a physio this morning and she thinks it's not shin splints that are hurting my shins. My shin naturally bows slightly outwards which causes my feet to point naturally inwards so when I run I overpronate slightly so when I increase my mileage it can cause irritation in my shin. She recommend running in more supportive shoes or wearing insoles to raise the my heal so it's flat. I chose for insoles as I don't really like running in heavy shoes and prefer a neutral lighter shoe. So ordered some insoles. Throat still a little aids but the three sets of drugs are working well lol. Might try a little 20 min run later.
