Bit of a nightmare, spike came through the plate of my shoe (the new brooks spikes seem to break really easily, annoying). Starting limping ish which really mucked up my Achilles. Mega pain for the rest of the race and found it hard to push. Closest I’ve ever been to pulling out of a race.
