Boosted to the gym and then did a treadmill session, would've preferred not to but had a bag with me so it was the easiest option.
1km at 3:10min/kms to get the legs moving again and then 3 x 5 mins [2:30] @ 3:00min/kms all on 1% gradient. Feeling better than i did on the testing surprisingly. G
