Trying to increase my cadence as i think this could be one of the things causing my shin issues. Think i should be at ~180 for easy running and I normally chill at ~172.
Managed 179 ish today and didn't feel too weird, will have to keep it in my mind when running for a while until it feels normal

Probably taking a few days off. Shins quite sore this morning.
Training is really beginning to frustrate me at the moment, shins keep getting sore whenever I do some moderate mileage. Some days it’s more sore some days it’s less sore. Don’t really know the best way to approach it, I find it really hard to run lower mileage when doing three session a week.

8 x 1k [2:00], legs feeling dead from the start but ground it out. Running nice and consistent times, all around 2:59ish with the last in 2:55.
Feels a lot harder running a session on my own than with a group, looking forward to getting back to Ed.
