Legs felt a bit dead from Tuesday and didn’t bring spikes which was a bit annoying as everyone else had them on. Going surprisingly well though, finally getting some speed.

Trying to increase my cadence as i think this could be one of the things causing my shin issues. Think i should be at ~180 for easy running and I normally chill at ~172.
Managed 179 ish today and didn't feel too weird, will have to keep it in my mind when running for a while until it feels normal
