Need to kick this shin issue now the 5k is done. So cross training for a week. Was gonna do an hour but did 90 for the sake of the grind. Having Eddie for 40 mins was really great.

Scottish U20 5k champion!
Scottish 5k champs, 8th. Solid run! Happy with how it went, in a big group until about 3k in and then pushed on. Took the wind for a k then died quite hard, lol. Bloody grim battle with Murray on the last k. More to come
