3-4 with Logan. We couldn't have done any better than that, the most fun I've had in a track race. 15.06 sitting on through halfway - just chilling at the back with Loge biding our time. 3km left Hamer went off for the W and we made a big(ish) move with 2km to go and got a gap that we kept. Logan then came past with 50m to go haha, F (62s last lap for me).
A lovely race and result to share with Logan. I've been on 280 runs (ish - that includes WU WD as separate runs) in 2021 and ~200 of them have been together. Not had a day-in training partner like this before. It would be nice if we'd ran a regional qualifier (29:25-30ish which I think I could comfortably do in the right race) but this is a really nice way to finish our season.
Maybe race the 5000 on Saturday, will see how I recover.
