Started with a session in mind - 10x1min hills - died after 3 and had to stop cycling and lie down because I was feeling really dizzy and lightheaded which was v weird.

Then just went for a cruise instead. (MTB)

Really should have done something this week but it's just not worked out :(( (well I've been pretty lazy and cycling/cross training hasn't appalled at all) woc and a lack of a bike make finding time difficult!!

Scrappy start with moments of nice running and orienteering - actually with a decent pace for once but now I'm out again for another little while... Again.... Again... why me.

ROC day 1 (woc spec races - sprint)

Struggled around the forest sprint section, more panicky and lots of small mistakes (6-11) but was good around the normal sections and standard bits :) Isac is a BEAST.
