Took the first cut off, ran with a very fast Norwegian.

Good fun! (though I went to the wrong gaffle once or twice...)

Intervals with Halden. Managed to make a fool of myself tonight.

Started at a good pace, held it, held it, dropped of the pace, outta the session. Was meant to be 7x5min loop but I planned on doing 5. When I dropped out I had done 3.5.

My starting pace was good for a normal week but for a post jættermilen week? I wasn't feeling it at all.

Jættermilen - 1st H20 - great fun race, kinda similar format to Blodslitet :)
I'll do some sort of analysis at some point when I'm back in Halden.

+1:20 to the Danish WOC squad guy who lives on the map :P

Meh run, no major mistakes but I wasn't committed with my running and slowed right down (like waaay to much) when it got technical... Should have ran a lot faster. Also missed a couple of routechoices...
Ran waaay to slow though, too much planning ahead, not enough running.

All in all not too bad for end-season though :)
