Testing my knee... was a little weird at the start but settled down as I progressed. A bit sore now I've cooled down but nothing half as bad as its felt before.
Tried to go at a easy/rec. pace (170hr) but my moniter was playing up so I just ran to what I felt like. Ran on the trails leading up to Hoias (only uphill pretty much) then got the car back.

Physiological testing. Achieved the same as last March... Fitness has felt poor recently and this confirmed it. Knee feeling really tender and ankle is well dodge. Physio booked for tonight. Also my iron levels were very low........ :/:/
