Note

I'm an absolute idiot and missed the entry deadline for the BOC sprint champs..... When I emailed the organiser about it they told me the entry is full for this event.

Please, please if anyone has an entry in men's open but isn't planning on going let me know - I have flights and everything so will be there for sure......

Project #CampCarcrash got underway today with my dad's arrival to Halden.

4 x uphill interval on tracks/recovery downhill orienteering.
Recovery included in time.
Fun session at høiås - when I was really tired at the top of the hill and tried to instantly go into the orienteering downhill while still being in oxygen debt. Found it quite hard to concentrate and made a few mistakes!!

Generally good though - had fun following dad down the first rep and watching him struggle with the O ;)
