O Festivalen sprint.

Plan beforehand was to jog around very cautiously just watching my foot and not running hard at all. Successful.

Foot was noticeable and I was cautious but it didn't hurt and feels good now.

Ran pretty well technically :) HR has gone crazy, I wasn't trying hard at all.

Calves felt horrible. Clearly the aquarun sesh yesterday worked ;) think I'm coming down with wills cold..... Throat has felt weird all day. Just my luck.

RUNNING.

Jogged around, minimal pain, maximum fun.
Could definitely feel my foot when on the more uneven ground or sharp corners but it's a step forwards.

7 days till I fly out to Poland.
