Felt awful all day - I think I need a lot of sleep...
Struggled to get my HR high. Don't know what that means.
Jogged over to the meadows. Session aim 10x1km [2min].
Started, failed, died. I should have been able to hold this but at the end of the 6th rep I found myself falling behind rapidly and then got about 300m into the 7th rep before the same happened. Bailed after that.
Don't know whats up at the moment - I think I've been on the edge of being ill for a while and also not getting enough sleep. I also think drills took a lot out of me...
