Got around, not the best time but happy enough with it with my recent form/training. Would be good to get some pace over the next month or so - back on to some normal, taper free training. Looking forward to it.

Bit mentally weak to drop off so much on the last two km, ah well, should make beating this in shape easier!!

Decent chat with Felly - a well needed stressbuster after a tough day. Very nice run, time flew past as did the miles. Felt a little sluggish initially but was shifting well without really pushing by the end which was positive.

Oh god.
Flew out the start (a bit to fast), trying to catch the guy 45s ahead of me under coaches orders - hit number 1, suddenly this huge group, the Gustav train with 20 guys who'd made a 2.5minute mistake to #1. Insta bonked 5mins in trying to keep up - he was a man on a mission, all over the place navagationally, trying to drop anyone he caught.

Dropped off the back of them to be swept up by the göteborg train. Managed to find myself at the back of the train and suddenly the driver had lost contact with his carriages. Realised and tried to fly and catch him but it was into the green, to late, out of sight. Damn.

This is okay, I'm still with Sodertalje 2, this can work. Then my light broke. Then I made a 20min mistake because I had an awful safety light. Couldn't see more than two m ahead of me.

Had to orienteer for the final hour with a candle. Grim.
