Wanted to get a tidy 100mins in. Very enjoyable. Couple of out and backs - the first to take pippa back after an hour and the second because I am less familiar with the Pentlands here. Visibility was about 20m’s at best which made things all pretty exciting. Almost got lost but pulled through, good times.

Big week next week, then get on a nice taper. Everything is ticking over well and to be honest, not the worst to have an easier week post BUCS. Was feeling wiped out before my rest days anyhow.

Some nice sprintervals - well two courses. Good fun. 30s intervals on the start made it pretty exciting. Good day out.

Managed to deck it on a corner - some tasty battle scars.

Knee still a bit sore - uni physio ran out of time to see me because she was late - a bit of a joke that. Feel a little bit ill and grim.

Day off needed to try stop all of the problems progressing. Hopefully nothing to worry about.
