Was plodding along happily when met by a large gathering of horned cows. In my red top, and with them blocking the route through, I decided that a tactical withdrawal would be necessary after trying to get past them a couple of times. Definitely definitely all bulls.....

Mini session but all I really had time for / could be bothered with! Very good work being done to be fair. Was getting slowly dropped by Timmy on the first two but managed to muster something on the last one to kick past at the end.

Dan binned us on all the short reps. What can you do. Need to work out where my raw pace has gone over the last month or so.

Times all significantly quicker than back in Feb, sure I was doing less but very happy. Getting better at running up hills and apparently better at running in general which is a positive :)

EXAMS DONE! Time to get some good grind on the go!
