Been wiped out. Fell asleep for 2hours and through an alarm in the middle of the day. I never nap :( looks like I’m patching the 5k!

Went to the sprintalope - picked up the pace in the nice technical bit, didn’t feel great, realised that my pick up in pace was basically trying harder but not moving, felt pretty awful, sacked it and walked home.
