Pretty pleased with this. Good solid marker of how trainings going and a new PB. Felt pretty strong and comfortable throughout! Made a slight mess with the pacings and eased off a bit to much in the middle but generally positive. Also, kicked past Fred 300m to go and held off for the win, no complaints there ;)

Would be good to see what could happen in a proper race, and with a bit more sharpening up. But trainings going well and this is a indicator of that!
