Easy hour on meadows and seat what a day for it. Bonked because pre brekkie (lol) but good fun. Modded Jazz's doing bits. Back to normal next week hopefully!

Back into my modified Jazz's. Achillies felt grand. The impending stressie from mad old shoes or the chronic achillies pain don't know which is better :))

Is feeling pretty good on waking today. Generally despite the running it feels like my achillies has improved since Monday. Rather take a couple days off and it be sound than keep things niggling away.

Achillies twinging on a couple of the jumps, but generally sound. Sacked the jumps off when I felt they weren’t doing bits.

Lovely bnb solo plus some mortonhall action. Very enjoyable, lovely day out. Covid friendly action. Probably a bit hilly, could feel my achillies twinging on any steep climbs.
