Solid but not spectacular. 8:27 SA TT with the hounds.
Got around but yeah, probably baited into starting a little too hard and therefore closing a little too slow. James Donald came past like a steam train with a K to go, perhaps if I'd managed a bit of a more measured effort from there to the finish (rather than trying to lock on, managing for about 50m then popping hard) it woulda been better but not bad at all. Part of the game, all's well that ends well, onwards and upwards, roll with the punches!

Back to el classico of all Pollard float sessions, a beauty. Very much enjoying the pace, keeping it controlled and pushing on if the pace started to drop. Ticked off some lovely 3:16's/3:45's.

Could feel my stomach start to fail me towards the end of the session but survived.
