3k 2.5k 2k 1.5k 1k [1min] but the 1min rec quickly became 2... actually brutal session.

Went too hard following Max’s pace on the 3k going through the k in 2:58 (boy needs to learn what a 74s lap means haha) but got into things as the session went on. Moving alright once I got my act together again and enjoying things by the end!

Nice session, pace progressed through quite nicely and was moving well with JT. Very enjoyable. Feeling good, though potentially the worst DOMS I've ever experienced due to gym yesterday. Jumping lunges actually broken me. All mental though innit.
