Spoke to Kim (physio) today and I've had a sore left foot (where the toe and foot connect, under the foot) for about a week now. It was a little noticeable last mon, worse after Tue sesh and then better throughout the week till Saturday session.
Have had it diagnosed as an inflamed joint in my left foot, at the toe. Not too much of a bit deal if I can manage it right. Basically, days off till its not sore to walk about any more (2-3 days) and then can start easy running again.
No sessions for a little while longer as they're the boys that can cause the real damage and we don't want this to linger and hurt.
