Along the coast from Dalkeith to Crammond through leith. All going brilliantly, bumped into Pippa doing her 5mile and enjoyed pacing her for a couple of K till I got a puncture grrr.

Thought I was going to get back onto every day running but woke up and it wasn't quite feeling ready for that yet. Almost though, how exciting.

Gross session, from the bottom roundabout to the (almost) Pollock roundabout up the seat climb alongside galloping glen. Was into a BRUTAL headwind so that was fun. Thought I'd gone way too hard on the first but despite feeling like death somehow got 5 reps done. Eww.

Knackered man.

Bog with Mr Milarvie. Nice loop good to mix it up from the meadows. Foot felt amazing before the run, and then alright afterwards so that was a great result.
