Thought I was going to get back onto every day running but woke up and it wasn't quite feeling ready for that yet. Almost though, how exciting.
Gross session, from the bottom roundabout to the (almost) Pollock roundabout up the seat climb alongside galloping glen. Was into a BRUTAL headwind so that was fun. Thought I'd gone way too hard on the first but despite feeling like death somehow got 5 reps done. Eww.
