A chill 30' tempo down at Crammond to reintroduce the foot to some quicker running. Managed to tick along nicely on the way out at 3:30's before turning and realising quite why it had felt so comfy. A pretty brutal headwind now stood before me and the car...
Started to feel pretty rough but luckily never digging to deep to get this done... that said the HR may tell a different story! Hard but controlled I'd like to think.
