Saw that TP had an hour, was a little worried if it was too much but foot was still feeling okay. Went for BnB el classico and really enjoyed it. Lovely to get out, haven't done this route in what feels like ages. Loooovely stuff. Warm, sunset, lush. Was being mindful of the foot on descents and everything but seems okay.

New shoes feel incredible, really happy, a solid purchase.
Running on the grass on the inside of the track, felt pretty solid, moved okay, hit lactic every rep on my tempo pace but enjoyed.
