15' of 200/200 wave. Felt v good to be back on the track. Had the option to bail onto the grass if necessary but felt pretty okay. Aimed for 40/45's but ended up going a bit quicker than that (39/43's) which was nice.
Just enjoying pootling about with Todger and the lovely summer track vibes. Delightful.
Still wary to run much quicker than that yet as the foot is still feeling more unstable than I'd expect or want but it seems to be reacting well to the slow increase in intensity.
