Dalks tekkerz with the boys, really good fun, nice pack of 8 and some delightful times. Keeping it to the easier end of raz but certainly some quicker times clicked in which was good fun.

Really buzzed with this session as it was quickkkk or the first time in a good while. Felt really decent and was enjoying the wheels and the grass with George. Lovely recoveries, and 2:48.8 mins/km for the reps. Tidy.
