Running intervals 26:00 [5] 6.0 km (4:20 / km)

we were doing intervals on a 500m loop of the trail.
500 meters - 1 min rest - 1000m - 2 min rest then repeat
times were
1:56 500m 4:09 1000m
2:04 500m 4:17 1000m
2:09 500m 4:25 1000M
2:12 500m 4:30 1000M
As you can see I went out way too fast and died at the end.
But I think that was to be expected after doing more running in the past 3 days then I have in 2 months...
On a happier note though my legs hurt like a mother licker so I had my first ice bath of the season :)
