ran 3 laps today...all were within 8 seconds of eachother so i thought that was pretty good for 7.5 km loops. Hip started to get a little sore after the 2nd one, but it wasnt too bad, kept on running at teh same pace. Legs are now really stiff and i am not looking forward to tommororws 3 hour workout.

Had a technique lesson with pk and he was angry with the way that i would ski walk, he said that i should be concentrating more on how i am doing and not just filling hours.....did what he said and it turned the workout a lot harder than i was used to

ears popped today so i can actually hear again lol, kinda weird feeling...did 7.5 km loop plus the 2.8 and leenas/klukies part of the loop also...good pace and i felt good through the entire thing

mike came over in the afternoon and asked if i could time a 5 km test run for him...so i hoped on my bike and rode out to the 5 km marker and back, his time wasnt all that great, 15:44, but it was really really windy when he was running it.

resting rate finally got back to normal today....still not feeling 100% yet thoug...still have some shit in my lungs and i am not quite sure if my ear is plugged or not...i have gotten used to it so i dont know. anyways i stacked some of the spruce that was on the horshoe loop, split some wood for like an hour and loaded up the wagon with some of the spruce branches that pauli cut down a while back. tommorows job wil be to finish stacking the spruce, and to finish moving the other spuce to the big pile on horshoe loop....if i get time i will probably splt some more wood also.

couldn't really feel my hip and the cold seems to be getting better slowly so i hope everything goes away soon!!!

felt better this morning...but still not great. Hip started to hurt yesterday so i didnt do the intervals cause pauli didnt want me to injure it any further....not sure what it is but it isnt really that bad.

I felt alot better when i woke up this morning...but during the run i wasn't feeling too good, i was coughing up alot of shit, and my hips started to hrt...not sure why but it did.

went out this morning and cleaned up the rest of the kennedy mess, and started to clean up the tricky corner loop...that one will take a while because alot of trees are cut up already...and i think that pauli is thinking of cutting down another 30 or so more trees :|...i cleaned up the first hill where pauli knocked down 2 poplar trees. and i started to pick up the bigger trees on the tricky corner loop and pulled them into an area with other trees that pauli needs to cut up. probably going to move some of the spruce piles to ne of the bigger piles.

Ear seems like it got worse over night...if it starts to hurt i think that i might have pauli take me into a doctor to see if i have an infection....just right now it is really hard to hear out of. 7.5 km loop + 2.8 loop. Everything was really wet from last night...think that we might have lost power some time last night because i had to reset the clocks this morning...looks as if it might storm again tonight.

Super long, i think that this might have been the longest distance that i have ever ran at once!!! over half a marathon and my legs were toast for the rest of the day. 3 x 7.5 km loop + 1 kenedys

Went over the strength stations for about half an hour and then did them for another half of an hour, body was sore from the day before so it was kinda difficult to get everything done the way it was supposed to be done.

Was suppsoed to go roller skiing with the team but didnt have the right boots with me. Instead went for an easy Ski walk with Christina, and had a good lunh afterwards.

Really really hard strength....need to get back into that stuff quickly because i am really weak! 1 min on...1 min off, Pull-ups, Push-ups, Sit-ups, Dips, Rollerboard, Box Jumps. First time practicing with joe and he is really strong...alot more than me, hope to catch up to him by the end of summer :)

warm-up and 2 different cool-downs....ran to a deli that had suer good ice cream with the girls. Team did pretty good. Kyle missed state by less than a second, kyle, and katie both got school records...and there were a lot of p.r's...including me!!!

Didnt know that i was running this until the last minute...ran super good though. Split times were 63 and 63...ran ot [retty easy the first part....and kicked it in the last 800. Team was a 8:19 or 8:20 i think...2 seconds off the team record. We took 4th place and got a medal though so thats good.
