Skied for the first time since sibley. It's not very often that I am able to ski after my birthday lol...

Wanted to try and bike on the trails thinking that they were going to be hard enough. Not even close. Ended up biking on the road a little ways. Felt good to be on a bike again.
We did some strength during our 2 hour lab for physiological assessment and then GS 2a straight afterward. Climbed for about an hour and a half straight after that. GS 2a was about 2 hours, everything else counting as 1.
Really easy bike ride down to canal, out to lakeside and then up glenwood. Warm-up for strength after. Really nice to be able to ride in just shorts and a t-shirt!

Did general strength 2a with just doing 2 sets of fifteen for all of the exercises.
bike with mason. We wanted to get to silver bay, but we only made it about 40 miles before it started to get dark and we got picked up by the girls because we still had a hour and a half hike ahead of us to get to the campsite.

Pretty tough hike out to the campsite. big bag, deep snow and steep hills kept the pace slow and the HR pretty much in BE1 the entire time! Pretty much exaughsted when we finally reached the camp site.
Easy run. Ran at hartley on the outer loop then to the visitor center and back. Had to walk for about 20 min on the outer loop because the snow was a little deep still and I didn't want to risk twisting something.
