Way too tired for my morning shift, i got a really slow lap of 14:35, that was my last lap at 1:00 in the morning, i got quicker though as the day went on, our team got 2nd place!!!

This is the most time off that i hav had all year

This is the start of being off rest, my knees started to hurt at about 10 min., but they got better afterwards, i think it was a combination of both old shoes and running on ashphalt.
