felt really relaxed in the morning, after race felt fine, but during the race everything felt horrible!!!

my time was 11:51, over a minute off of PR, i got a really bad side cramp after the 1 mile mark my sfplit was 5:26 , had to slow it down, but i would not drop out, never! Hoping to get better time at next meet. I think that it my bad race might have been caused by drinking to much water, and/or the late race, my race didn't start till 9:15.

Felt really sore getting out of bed from yesterdays pace run, i think it will get better as the day goes on

10 min warm up, followed by a 5 mile pace run, got 31:12, not the best, my friend got 29:30 something, but it is only my 3rd day of running, we had a 35 min warm down that included 4 stride outs to loosen the muscles

55 minute run with the track team, some of the other kids slacked off and did only 30 min, thats the difference between a skier and a runner
