Had fun just going out, but i think that this will be he last ski of the year, basically did snow/dirt skiing. My legs are getting better, but i haven't done that much work in the past couple of days, i think that i should be better by the time i get home.

Legs are feeling worse today. My calves feel like they are dead, and my shins kind of hurt, and today my hip flexers started to hurt, i think that i am getting to much work, i might have to drop track if i want to have a good summer for skiing.

Was supposed to do stride outs, but my legs really hurt so i didn't do them. On the last 400 metes of the run my legs felt absolutely dead, it was as if i just ran a 3200 meter race, but it was just an easy run. I don't think that i am going to run my 3200 meter race tommorow, i might have to take a week off for this also, but who knows?
