at the cabin all day today...it was really boring

went to the 5km race and told people where to go...i was really mad that i had my shin splint and couldn't run becuase it looked like alot of fun.

We ran really fst today for a recovery run becuase it was raining and windy so we wanted to get back really quickly, but me and adam tried to get the speed limit sign that shows your speed to show how fast we were running, but it didnt work.

haent been able to get any morning stuff in because my allegies are really bad this week and i am not getting too much sleep in the night...so i think that i could sleep in the extra 40 minutes it takes me for stretching and strength

did seven intervals, not sure what the distance was, the times were: 59, 57, 55, 53, 53, 54, 58. I thought we were going to do only 6, but then ken said to do one more and my last one sucked.

hahahaha...jeff got beat up by a tennins player today. We were running throught the tennis courts and throwing balls at the players that we knew...but all things went to hell when they started hitting them back...jeff got nailed right in the eye, i made it out without getting hit..i guess that we deserved it...but it was still funny as hell.

got a pretty good time, i think that i got nervous of being in the last position possible and afraid of getting boxed in on the start so i think that i started out way too fast.
