Push us, Sit-ups, Flex Test, Jumps Test, Step Test-
Push-ups - 45 in 1 minute
Sit-ups - 50 in 1 minute
Flex test - 6cm
Jump Test - 40 cm
Step Test Heart Rates - 61, 51, 53 (30 seconds)

Had the first part of the strength test today.
50 M. Sprints - 7.66, 7.78, 7.65
5 Jump - 11.65, 11.58, 11.90
Chin Ups - 10 (beat Todd by 5)

Today is the Conference meet and i am suppsoed to be racing the 1600. I am begging to feel better, but i am still not 100%, my ruinning coach wants me to run, but i want to get fully recovered so i don't injure myself worse and am out for the entire summer, so i am going to test out my leg today and even if i fell just a small pain, i don't think that i will race becuase ii don't have a chance at anything anyways.

My legs felt so much better today, but i still felt a little pain and i dont think that i really wanted to race today so i didn't, i think i can now officially say that i am not injured

I tested my shin today with running wiht the bandage and that just cut off the blood circulation so i ran back and took it off and then found out tat my shins still hurt a little and tried to sprint...dint work out, so i dont think that i will be racing on Thursday.

went super duper fast on the bike today, did (1:00, :40, :20) x 3 with full recovery after every time i sprinted.
