Strength (Circuit Training) 1:00:00 [4] 6.0 km (10:00 / km)
shoes: Asics 2100

Yah i think that this was kinda half-asssed...but considering the way i felt i thought that i did pretty good

Ski Walk (Swamp) 1:30:00 [3] 10.0 km (9:00 / km)

This was such a fun walk....except for the part about my whole body feeling like it was going to fall apart. And the worse thing was that i think my 2 pinky toenail might falll offf and they really hurt. But the mud was fun.

Orienteering (Sprints) 19:36 [3] 4.0 km (4:54 / km)
shoes: old 2080's

It sucked cause the map was horrible i screwed up on the 1st control and the second the map didnt hav all of the trails to get to it. THei 3rd was fine but the 4th totally sucked. It was marked on the wrong side of the trail and i looked for 5 min on the other side and then britt comes along and she looks on the wrong side that the map said and found it. So the only people that i beat were timo cause he had a bad map, and i beat kim, christina, and the little kids, other wise i got beat by every body else.

Running Race race (5 Km Test run) 15:57 [5] 4.8 km (3:19 / km)
shoes: Asics 2100

It is actually arund 4.8 km, and it is all down hill but i can still count it as my fastest time for that race, and they call it the 5km tst run even though it isnt 5km

Running (Aftr race) 1:15:00 [3] 10.0 km (7:30 / km)
shoes: old 2080's

I cant really count this as a cool down cause it was alot longr than a cool down. It was almost harder than th race because it was mostly uphill and u were sore from the race

Misc. (Ultimat Frisbee/Border Ba) 1:00:00 [2]
shoes: old 2080's

Big game of Ultimate frisbee before lunch

Ski Walk (Circuit) 1:30:00 [3] 7.5 km (12:00 / km)
shoes: old 2080's

Went in a 2 km circuit with some stops for coaching tips

shoes: Asics 2100

Went out for a really easy lap at bunker. Went on the board walk thing and then over to the wave pool and then back to the activiy center. My knees kinda hurt at the begging, but hten got better after about 10 minutes

Running (Bunker Hills) 45:00 [4] 5.5 mi (8:11 / mi)
shoes: Asics 2100

I had to push Katie to make her go hard and i was really tired at the end. She started ti slow down at the 30 min mark and i was really suprised that she even made it that far, my legs were feeling really bad at the 30 min mark andi think that she will be a very good runner next year at cross country and track.
