didn't go to well...i think that i started out to fast and then my back started to cramp up ...i think that is also from not getting hydrated very much.

Had to cut it early so i could help katie warm-up for her running race.

Warmed-up and cooled-down katie at he cross-country race cause no other girl on the team is fasst enough to run a good pace for her. If i ran the guys race i think that i would have gotten in the top three...but i cant run the race cause i am not on a running team cuase the coach is stupid.

First time with getting negative splits alll three times...but i think that i didnt go out hard enough becuase i didnt know the course as well as others.

So i felt super crappy this morning and i had a hard time taking in deep breaths and i wa coughing like crazy and i decided to stay at home and sleep all day. I took a sauna and drunk some of pauli's juice thing and i felt super duper better afterwards...now all i have is just an irritating cough...oh well
