about 2 hrs of it wasw continuos but the other three was stop and go so i took one hour off of the time. Cheered on the Anoka guys and girls at the holiday relays...i dont know why our coach didnt let us race today, maybe he is lazy or something.

wasnt an easy pace but wasnt really a slow pace...i skied with kevin blak and blaze who were doing intervals and i was not really doing anything except skiing and i kept up with them while i was comfortable and they were pushing it really hard...kinda makes me fell good that i can beat them really bad
