legs were feeling kinda bad yesterday after teh workout, iced them twice and they felt alot better today.

Very hilly. didnt run any because i didnt want to hurt my calf again. we also got lost on the way back, my dad told us to go up the downhill to get back to the bus, we get to the top of the hill and look across at the other side of the hill, and there is ken. We were so mad because we had to go back down the hill and back up the other way....it was still pretty funny though. Hopemy calf gets fully better by tuesday.

Calf is feeling about 97-98% of normal...just a little bit of tightness when i stretch it out but i cant even feel it anymore if i am just sitting down. Will be doing the easy practice today but might not go to afton tommorow because i dont think hills are the best thing right now. i am going to try to say again that i am not injued anymore lol

wont be doing anything at track today...my dad wants me to get this thing figured out before i can run again. I can still feel it in my leg but it doesn't hurt when i walk, it just starts to get worse the more i use it, i am going to see some sports medicine doctor in the next couple of days to see what is up.

calf gradually felt better throughout the day, went and did 2 ice baths during practice...not the smart thing to do, now instead of my lower calf being a little tight, my upper calf i can barely move without it hurting like hell....i think that it will go away in a few hours but for now it hurts like crazy.

pissed off because my calf started to get worse throughout the day and no it quivers when i move my foot up and down...pretty sure that is not normal. Anyways the team did fricken awsome, we won and beat C.R. by 40 points!!! Andy did crazy good and both adam and kyle had P.R.'s...wish i could have raced though, perfect conditions.

an easy rest before the 1600 tommororow, going to be a awsome run if the conditions hold out. Did a few accelerations at the end. Calf is still a little tight but i think that it will be fully healed by tommorow
