up and down the grunt and pilon down/uphills. got very hard towards the end

back and forth on kam current in front of the center and down to the big hill. seemed very easy to me

ran a bit faster than i normally do for this time. lap times were 36:39, 36:04, and like 39 something. my last lap i was really tired on pilon and grunt and was basically walking up all those hills lol

two laps at pretty good pace. one at about 59 min and another at like 57 i think, pauli wanted me to hit about the 1:56 mark, i was a little over but it wasnt much...like 30 seconds i think

Dad dropped me off at activity center and i made my way back to the high school. First part of the run was a quicker pace, then i got a little tired out. saw ben biking on the trails and said hi to him. felt pretty good otherwise.
