cut my foot open pretty badly on a rock in lake superior when i was having a mud fight with some of hte girls. got to go to the hospital and got 4 stiches in my foot. this puts a serious hamper on my training because the cut is right on the arch of my foot and i cant move it very much without ripping out the stiches and making it start bleeding again. doc said that i could walk...but that isnt much...and i will probably be doing alot of upper-body strength this week to get off of muy foot :(

pauli said to get 4 laps at 32 min each, but that was a bit too quick. i got in 3 laps, 34, 32, 33, then i did another lap without pond, pilon and grunt. hard but felt good

went this morning about 7:15, ran with hayley and katie. did the 2.8 and 7.5, was pretty tired during it but felt pretty good otherwise

went kennedy's, big s, cut over to little s, cut over to timos, swamp, massaros, swamp back to timos, leanas, klukie, cut over to toilet bowl, pilons and grunt then finish. was sweating like i was in a sauna when i got finished, pond felt really really good :)

went for 30 min circuit, then p.k. said that the last 30 min could be done by moving some brush...was super hot out today, went and swam in the pond 3 times lol
