thought that pauli was joking about this last night when he told me...but at 7:15 this morning he told me to go and run to the 1 km marker full out...wasnt as good as it should have been because of yesterday and it was pretty early in the morning...

so i went into the test run thinking destroy or be destroyed. p.k. wanted me to run the first 2 km like it was a 2 km race, not a 5 km race. so if i could do the fast pace for the first 2 km, and not die i would have destroyed my p.b. or if i died after 2 km, i would have been destroyed. so at the 1 km marker i was up by 6 seconds, at the 2nd i was up by 10 seconds...so far so good...at 3 km marker i was up by 13, 4 km marker back down to 10 seconds up, and at the finish i beat my p.b. by 17 seconds :) i was really happy and i think pauli was happy with my time too.
