ROller Skiieng after watching the twin cities 10 miler. road was a bit wet at the top so i had t go a bit slower there. otherwise it was pretty good i guess.

Seemed a bit sluggish. the hills have not been mowed recently it seemed like.

out at william o'brian. got a permanent orient. course map and went and did that for 2 hours instead of a 2 hour run...basically the same thing but funner. 2 of the controls wern't there anymore and 2 i didnt have enough time for. lots of thorns out there so my legs are now cut up pretty badly. it didnt help that i was wearing only shorts and no t-shirt lol

on the treadmill. THe treadmill's incline isnt working write so pauli had me run instead of doing the h.r. testing. i did 30 min at 8 m.p.h then 3 min at 10 m.p.h. then one min of 12 m.p.h. and one min of 8 m.p.h to do a really short cool-down. felt pretty good i guess

was really really rainy and really really wet and really really slipperry. 5 x 1000 same as last week, times were a little slower but i think that may be from taking the corners a little slower cause it was slippery, (i fell down on 2nd one)...all times were between 3:18 and 3:25....with the second one at 3:33...thought that it was fun though running in the rain really fast

in the river flats park...just a compass and bearings....i think that i was the fastest one but am not sure...was pretty difficult at first but then got better as we went to more controls.
