Felt really good for the most part. 1st lap i was feeling a little bit sluggish, but got better as it went on. Took splits every 750 meters to compare to Tapiola last weekend.

I finished in 10:15 in May so basically 30 seconds improvement in a little over two months so things are heading in the right direction!
