Christina and I went for a walk at Bunker today. Pretty much went everywhere, but kept to the paths to try and keep her feet a little bit dryer. It was a nice walk!

Awesome race! I won the race which was pretty cool. Not very much competition though, I think I won by about a minute or so. I felt good the entire race, and was really happy with my pace. Not exactly sure what my time was because I didn't time myself and their timers didn't work too. I figured I was somewhere in the 16's, but not sure where. I won a big beer mug though! :)

Easy ski with some of the guys out at Lakewood. 2 x 20 min no poles. 1st practice with the team this year! Really excited for the rest of the season and for racing to begin!

Morning run with the team. Then proceeded to eat breakfast and go back to bed :)

Went out to Spirit with Ryan, Kasey, Laura, and Lindsey. We went a little bit earlier because we had to be back by 5 for the meeting for the sea kayaking trip that we are going on in like three weeks. 6 x 6 min up the hill...this time with poles! We did a 30 minute warm-up with a 15 minute cool down. Intervals felt good and it was really nice to finally have someone near my pace to do them with me!

Lakewood to Lester loop. I had to rush it just a little bit because I had 2:40 to fit in driving to and from roller skiing, plus a 1:45 ski, which I only got 1:30. Oh well...I felt good during the entire workout.

BE 2 run on my own. So I just plugged in my iPod and ran. It was a good run, I ran to the beat of the music and I felt really good!
