Easy morning bike on my own before work. Trails are perfect right now.

Classic and skate portions of the triathlon. Classic sucked because christina skis were a bit slow, but 2nd fastest time in the skate. Fun race.

Running 18:00 [4] 4.0 km (4:30 / km)

Running and transitions for the triathlon. Transitions were horrible, run felt alright but not great. Lost some time when I took a wrong turn, but overall had a super fun time!

Skied out on lavaque road. New road to ski on and I liked it. 2 x 15 min no poles w/5 20 seconds sprints at the end.

10 x 3 min at ANT skiwalking at spirit. Felt pretty good the entire time.
