Beautiful day for a TT. Homestead x2. 1st was individual start DP. Felt pretty good, but I think that it is a bit tough starting from the front. 2nd was pursuit start classic. Nick had a pretty sizeable lead, but with a lot of help from paul we were able to track him down before the last hill. I was able to pass him with a little bit left on the hill and still had enough in me to keep it till the finish. Overall really happy with how I did, especially because it was a DP/Classic TT.

7 x 3 min @ ant, 4 x 30 sec @ RP bounding. Tough workout, but felt really good. Liked it when sarah saw a porqupine in a tree and wanted to hit it down and catch it because it was soooooo cute! hahaha...

6 x 5 min @ ANT with Kasey in the morning. Felt really good. A few 10 second sprints towards the end of the workout.
