Easy recovery run. Rain was kinda crappy.

Similar workout to last weekend. 4 x 15 min natural intesnsity with 5 min break between.

Easy ride down to banff and back, with a little extra in the park.

Run down from the glacier with the guys. Pretty fast pace right away.

Hike back and forth from the glacier.

Easy skate ski on the glacier. Just amazing weather for skiing.

Pretty slow ski because I did not get on the snow till everything had warmed up a bit.

Skate ski the first part of the morning after waxing all the classic skis for the team.
