Run over Peaknaze to Glossop Low and back via Torside and Bramah Edge. Right hip was very sore and I had to walk large secions. Edale Skyline looking very unlikely. Even if right knee and hip are ok for race day, I won't have sufficiently trained for it.

From Arnfield. Track from Gamekeeper's House to stile near Tintwistle Knarr in 12.38, a rep up the fenceline to the Knarr, 5 reps on the dam wall, and back. Minor altercation with dog and it's owner near the quarry off Old Road.

Through Padfield, up to Blackshaw Farm via Windy Harbour, up the Blackshaw Farm track in 9.15, across to and along Bramah Edge and back via Devil's Elbow and the L Trail. Knee still not right though noticeably easier on soft ground (moorland) compared to road and trail.

Run up James's Thorn in 11.40 (from Shelf Brook) (so a minute down on my fastest). Very gentle jog back down. Knee not so bad, but still not right. Another rest day tomorrow probably.
