Taking it steady, orienteering mostly okay, one wobble and one misplaced control I thought. Weather was a bit minging but the area was quite nice.
Still feeling a little tired, will rest thursday and friday.

Did some sprint leg planning on a map of Perth while running, needed a little recovery after the last few days.

Middle distance training (Qualifying)
Completely messed it, don't know what was wrong with me.
Missed number 1, realized I hadn't and that the control was in the wrong place :/
Screwed 2 because I forgot to follow my bearing.
3 was alright.
4 was about 100m out of place, I therefore spent 4 minutes in the right place until I spotted the other control.
Never found 5... :/
From then it wasn't too bad (navigational), felt horrifically drained for reasons that are beyond me. Did not enjoy the area, a lot of scrappy shit and fallen stuff.

Bit better than the first course, still not amazing but meh...
Only problem was 2, in the wrong re-entrant (by about 10m).
Still feeling pretty tired, mentally and physically, will be taking tomorrow easier.

Long training, only did have the course, still taking a bit easy plus was planning to go hard on the afternoon session. Bit of a grotty area... But it was alright.

Relay training, started like a mass start, there were a few gaffles to mix it up a bit. Was feeling pretty good, nice and strong on terrain, not very technical bu there were a couple I came into slightly off line. Overall quite happy with it, under two minutes behind the leader.

Second last DNC this season, absolutely amazing area, Muir of Dinnet/ Dinnet North. Incredible, one of the best areas I've been on in a long time.
Was told to take it easy due to my stomach pain at yesterdays interval session. My orienteering was great for most of it, caught Abi up at number 7 and annoyed her for the rest of the course... ;) (she was going at a good pace for me).
Only one control which I wasn't happy with, 12, which Abi was distracting me on and told me to go the wrong way... But, meh, nice area, nice oreinteering and it should have done me good taking a step down in intensity!
